2.Name of Applicant: Fill name of Applicant as mentioned on the Aadhaar Card.

3.Type of Organization: Select the type of organization from the given options which will get printed on MSME Certificate.

4.Mobile No : Fill the correct Mobile Number of Applicant.

5.Mail ID : Fill the correct Mail ID of Applicant. 

6.Social Category: Select the Social Category of applicant from the given options.

7.Gender: Select the gender from provided option

8.Physically Handicapped: Select the status from provided options

9.Name of Enterprise / Business: Fill the name of Business / Enterprise which will get printed on MSME Certificate.

10.Location of Plant : Please fill the location address properly

(i) State Name 

(ii) District Name 

(iii) Pin Code

11.Office Address : Please provide office address, if address other than plant location.

12.Date of Commencement of Business : Fill the date of Commencement of Business which will get printed on MSME Certificate.

13.Major Activity of unit : Select the Major Business activity from the given options.

14.Additional details about Business : Fill Additional details about business. (For example manufacturing of Food Products, Computer programing, Software development)

15.Number of employees : Fill total number of people been employed.

16.Investment in Plant & Machinery / Equipment : Fill the total investment made in Plant, Machinery, and Equipment etc. to start your business.

17.Total Turnover : Fill the total turnover of the financial year. 

Procedure To Obtain Registration Certificate :

1. Fill Up The Application Form

Fill the application form correctly and then submit the application.

2. Make Online Payment

Make a payment of Rs 1498. to complete changes in udyam certificate. Govt fee 0 + our counsutancy fee 1498

3. Team Will Process Application

After successful submission of application and payment. Our team will process your registration.

4. Get Your Certificate In Your Mail

After successfully processing. We will deliver your Registration Certificate in your Registered Email Id.
